You'll now be in an area filled with terrifying enemies such as worms and rocks with faces. Walk into the staircase to enter side-scroll mode. Talk to the mailman housie to discover that Donny, the Obnoxious Grass Ogre has stolen a PARCEL. You need to get the other 2 pieces scattered around the Land of Ooo before the police housie can put it together. After she flies away, Jake will discover a scrap of paper. She will install it into BMO so you can finally have access to the WORLD MAP. Open it to receive BMO's map CARTRIDGE.īring the cartridge back to Princess Bubblegum who is still in the village of the housies. You will enter a one room area with a treasure chest.
Take the left path and walk onto the dark green stump. Leave the housie village from the left and head north of the village now, following the path until you can go left. Ignore their requests for now and continue walking to the left to start a cut scene with the Bubblegum Princess who tells you she's doing some important CARTography.! There are 3 important housies to remember: the Mailman Housie, the Pink Housie and Dog House, and the Police Housie. Some of them have some odd requests and will ask you for certain things. Conversations with these characters are important because they give you useful hints (which are always written in CAPS and bolded) that help you complete your quests. NOTE: Talking to the games characters will give you insight and information about the story and make the playing experience more enjoyable, however, interacting with key characters will cause your story to progress. Walk onto it to enter the village of the Housies! Once you reach the intersection head left towards a mound of grass. After coming in contact with a ghost, a mini-battle begins and you must defeat all enemies to exit. You are now free to wander the land, entering any towns or villages on your way. After saving, head left to leave the Tree Fort and start your adventure in the Land of Ooo.
